Previously Enrolled Graduate Students
If you have previously enrolled in ANY graduate program at Wayne State University (other than as a Guest or Permit to Register student), you should complete a Change of Status request. You do NOT need to reapply, nor do you need to contact the Office of Graduate Admissions.
Change of Status forms are available from the Graduate Office of the college you wish to enter.
